From the outset, we made a deliberate choice to remain an integrated, hands-on practice rather than grow into a large, impersonal firm. Every project is shaped by direct founder involvement, with Sami Alshajrawi personally guiding each commission through all RIBA Plan of Work stages — from initial concept to final delivery.
